What sets the AS 940 Sherpa 4WD RC apart is a fully integrated remote control system which allows you to operate the machine at a safe distance — making it ideal for steep, hazardous and hard-to-reach areas. And it can run autonomously or, when the terrain allows it to be driven conventionally through a driver’s controls.

Equipped with a 724cc Briggs & Stratton V-twin engine (27 hp max), hydrostatic transmission and permanent 4WD, it also provides traction and stability on slopes of up to 33° in remote mode. This mower has a working width of 90 cm and this self-propelled rotary mower can cut grass at heights ranging from 80 -135 mm as well as thick overgrown vegetation (up to 1.5m).

It features a cross-blade mulching system that cuts and shreds finely, and its “surfing” mower deck floats overup and down terrain for extra safety. The Sherpa RC is designed with a heavy frame, 17L fuel tank and low center of gravity to provide a powerful, safe versatile solution for extreme mowing environments.
